Am 18. Februar ist Bischof Bohdan Dzjurach als neuer Apostolischer Exarch der Ukrainischen Griechisch-Katholischen Kirche (UGKK) für Deutschland und Skandinavien eingesetzt worden. Papst Franziskus hieß seine Ernennung durch die Bischofssynode der UGKK gut, als er das Rücktrittsgesuch seines Vorgängers annahm. Dzjurach ersetzt Bischof Petro Kryk, der das Exarchat seit dem November 2000 geleitet hatte.
